I'm quite GENKi today. My body's tired and I'm sleepy but I'm managing quite well in the mental part. Better than I have ever expected. I guess the whole enviroment and the university is good so even if its a little hard, I can manage. It's strange though. I didn't ever think I'll be able to manage this well with my life.
And Living by myself, tought me something.
1: To be good to people at anytimes.
2: To organize beforehand.
3: To be polite to people. Especially the professors. The important ones.
and 4: To take action yourself. Say stuff. Like, can I have luch with you. Or can I do this? or just trying to get the group on track and you being the leader.
All important, and I hope I have been doing all these but I just realized how important it is. you know?
Ah, I havent been posting photos of what I'm eating. So, I will post them.
I ate this yesterday. My たらこ-a-lot-of-lettuce-that-shrunk-Spaghetti!

My brekkie. たらこon rice and yoghurt!

And my first 豪華 dinner. Avo and salmon, salad and toast (I ate the salad.! :P)

This is a llittle blurry but its a photo of my spaghetti I first made. Garlic and tomato.
mmmm...:D

MAU Uma,
ReplyDeleteThe meals look good. You are impressing Fred and I about how well you are managing and organizing your uni and housework chores. Well done!
Fred & I each found another Umashika this morning - mine was with the ham!!!!
Glad to hear you are learning things. It is also important to learn to try to enjoy yourself as much as you can ALL THE TIME, if you can. It is not easy to do but . . .
Good luck,
le Frog des Vosges
Hi Uma, wonderful to see the photos of delicious looking food and to read how well you are doing! We are both impressed with how well you mangage your single life! You certainly have discipline and skills! So much better than when I started living in Tokyo.
ReplyDeleteMust rush to a meeting. (My last comment couldn't be put up. I hope this one is OK) Love always Fred, your mama
